We can print just about any shape. The main limitations come down to structural integrity & complexity. Designs with lots of tiny cuts, sharp points, or intricate edges can make the fan weak, prone to bending, or difficult to manufacture. If your shape could cause durability issues, we’ll let you know and suggest adjustments.

Most of our hand fans are produced using durable 4mm corrugated plastic (coroplast). For comfort and handling, round circle fans are made from smooth styrene instead.

Yes. Handles are included and securely attached so your fans are ready to use right out of the box. We design placement to ensure balance and comfort during use.

Our fans are built to last through events, outdoor use, and repeated handling. Coroplast provides excellent rigidity, while styrene offers a smoother feel for circular designs. You can also opt to have our team design your hand fan for you.

Absolutely. We print in full color, allowing for photos, gradients, and bold branding. What you design is what you get.

We recommend high-resolution PDFs with a minimum of 300 DPI. Be sure to include bleed if your design runs to the edge. If you’re unsure, our team will review your file and make sure everything prints correctly.
